Delivery Details

We offer two (2) delivery options for getting your WiZiFi order:

DELIVERY BY COURIER

through our Courier partners’ service at any address selected by the customer at any European country.

PICKUP BY THE CUSTOMER

from any of more than 15,000 PDPs (Pickup & Drop-off Points) available in most European countries.

Delivery by Courier

Our Courier partners’ service delivers your WiZiFi order at any address in 31 European countries, where a Hotel, an Enterprise, or an Apartment is located.

HOTEL
hotel

In the case of delivery at the address of a Hotel, the order is delivered to your name at the reception or the front-desk, between 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding the days of local holidays in each country.

Make sure you put the same name in your order with the name you’ve used for the hotel reservation.

CORPORATE
corporate

In the case of delivery at the address of an Enterprise, the order is delivered to your name at the reception or the front-desk of the Enterprise, between 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding the days of local holidays in each country.

Either you or any other person should be available at the address to accept the order.

APARTMENT
apartment

In the case of delivery at the address of an Apartment, a person should be available to receive personally the order, between 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding the days of local holidays in each country.

The name and the phone of the apartment’s owner should be mentioned in your order form.

Also, the name of the apartment’s owner should be available at the outdoor of the building.

If no one is available to receive the order at the apartment, the package is returned at the nearest Courier’s PDP (Pick-up & Drop-off Point).

The customer is notified by WIZIFI Customer Care for the failed delivery attempt and the address of the PDP where your package will be available in order to collect it personally.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE CASE OF DELIVERY FAILURE TO THE APARTMENT DUE TO PERSON UNAVAILABILITY OR WRONG MENTIONED NAME BY THE CUSTOMER, WIZIFI DOESN’T HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND THEREFORE ANY ORDER CANCELLATION IS NOT ACCEPTED.

If you order is placed on 4 working days, or more, before the service Start-date, we take care to have the order delivered at least 1 day before of the Start-date.

If your order is placed on 3 working days, or less, before the service Start-date, we cannot ensure the delivery before the start-date as the courier delivery process varies from 1 to 3 working days depends on the actual location and the proximity of the delivery address.

PickUp PickUp

You can Pickup your WiZiFi order at any of the available Pickup points:

See here the WiZiFi pickup points located at international European Airports. All of them are operational 7 days per week, 365 days per year, while some of them are open 24 hours per day!

At most of them last-minute orders could be accommodated based on the availability of WiZiFi devices in stock.

You can pickup your WiZiFi order by mentioning the name used for the order and the order-ID.

See here the WiZiFi drop-off points located in major European Cities and accommodated either by the local WiZiFi warehouses, or by local business partners (luggage storages, travel agencies, hotel, or restaurants).

Most of them are operational 7 days per week, but stock of devices is available only in some specific ones.

PickUp Return

We offer three (3) return options for your WiZiFi order, plus the option to buy & keep your WiZiFi device, allowing you to use it for any future travel in more than 120 countries worldwide:

COLLECT BY COURIER

through our Courier partners’ service from any address at any European country (collect from apartment is possible only in some specific countries).

DROP-OFF BY CUSTOMER

at any of more than 15,000 PDPs (Pickup & Drop-off Points) available in most European countries.

PREPAID ENVELOPE

at some European countries, allowing the customer to post back the WiZiFi package at any public Post-box.

Select to BUY & KEEP

the WiZiFi device under special discount, allowing you to use WiZiFi service for any future travel in more than 120 countries worldwide at lower daily cost and without the addition of shipping cost.

Our Courier partners’ service collects your WiZiFi order from any address in 31 European countries, where a Hotel, an Enterprise, or an Apartment is located.

In the case of collect from the address of a Hotel, our Courier partner collects the WiZiFi device package from the reception or the front-desk the next working day after the service End-date.

You have only to leave the WiZiFi package at your hotel reception at the time of your check-out mentioning that a Courier agent will collect it on behalf of WiZiFi.

In the case of collect from the address of an Enterprise, our Courier partner collects the WiZiFi device package from the reception or the front-desk the next working day after the service End-date.

You have only to make sure that the WiZiFi package will be available at the enterprise’s reception of front-desk, letting them know that a Courier agent will collect it on behalf of WiZiFi.

APARTMENT

In the case of collect from the address of an Apartment, a person should be available to deliver personally the order, between 09:00 to 17:00, from Monday to Friday, excluding the days of local holidays in each country.

The name and the phone of the apartment’s owner should  be mentioned in your order form.

Also, the name of the apartment’s owner should be available at the outdoor of the building.

f no one is available to deliver the order at the apartment on the agreed date, the customer is then responsible to notify WiZiFi Customer Care and post back the WiZiFi device with secure and express shipping at his own additional cost.

Dropoff Drop Off

You can Drop-off your WiZiFi order at any of the available Drop-off points:

See here the WiZiFi drop-off points located at international European Airports. All of them are operational 7 days per week, 365 days per year, while some of them are open 24 hours per day!

Upon the drop-off of the WiZiFi device you must mention the name used for the order and the order ID, to get a drop-off receipt by the local agent.
